duplicate/unused dimensions checker
imagine a tool which can detect unused dimensions in database or even detect similar dimensions and suggest something like a "merge plan" containing affected cubes/dimensions/parameters.

db structure visualiser
simple tool to show facts/measures and their relations to dimensions/hierarchies.

table based cube migration wizard
i think there are a lot of cubes based on one table (mostly migrated from OLAP 2000).
It would be great to have a wizard to migrate these tables/cubes/dimensions to new schema. SSIS package to move/update data to this schema would be awesome.1 vote -
Include an Index Management and Monitoring Utility
This should include a recommendation facility for improving the choice of Clustered and Non-Clustered Indexes, and possibly even XML indexing too.

MDX Builder and Optimizer
I think most of us have difficulties creating complicated MDX queries.
I would suggest, a graphical tool, where you can drag and drop Attributes and Measures to columns, rows and filter areas, and instantly a code would be generated to an additional pane.
Some additional cool features:
1. Member Calculations helper, which will help you to add Server or Ad-Hock ("WITH MEMBER/SET…") Calculations.
2. An API for developers, which dynamically generates MDX from their code.
3. Optimizer where you can write your own MDX and get few suggested versions returning the same results, with estimated cost, and advices, for action…1 vote -
Bridge the gap between Analysis Services and the Sharepoint End user
SSAS has a fantastic analysis engine which is superb at Multi-Dimensional requirements, but what about the end user? Currently, empowering the end-user is via development tools which require programming skills of some kind, or PowerPivot if you're running R2. What would be 'really neat', is a tool which plugs into Sharepoint but interfaces with SSDS\SSIS through a Wizard driven interface which would 'hand hold' the end user and provide a rich, intuitive and repeatable user experience, one which will promote the SSAS technology rather than inject fear into those who have a requirement for analytical querying.

Build a Compare tool for SSAS
It would be great to have a tool even that compared the outputs of seperate MDX queries or two analysis services databases / cubes. That way you can quickly see the impact of changes you made in development against production. Like a sql data compare but perhaps where you could just write mdx or have a gui like the browsing the cubes.
Perhaps not explained to clearly. but ultimately i want to see the changes in data - perhaps at a very high level to validate the impact of changes before moving to production.3 votes -
Anything to Remove the pain of SSIS
RedGate DataFlow task that isn't as painful as the current one (doesn't change well, cumbersome value changes)
RedGate Loop - I find a lot of repeat scenarios happen with my SSIS loops, would be cool if some of the manual part was removed.
RedGate Powershell task
RedGate Good FTP options task (ftps and such)
RedGate Zip task - a couple common options for the kind of stuff that I manually build each project.Just that sort of thing.
